We do tell the corporate trainings very specifically based on the needs. We interact with the HR people from that company or the training and development people. We get feedback from them. Very specific feedback about what their expectations are, what their goals are, what are their action plans according to the initial needs. Then we develop a training that makes sense relative to what they asked for.

So I think the value is that we bring a wealth of knowledge and experience from different kinds of organizations and different in different types of industries, and reapplied specifically to you.
